How does it work?

The catalog is available with pictures and descriptions and can be perused and bid on. Bid early and often – some donated items/events have limited availability.

Bidding continues virtually until it culminates in a final event on Nov. 13.

Winners will be notified of their winnings via email in the week following the auction.

How do I register as a bidder?

Click here for the auction website. There is a hyperlink at the top of the page that says “register as a bidder.” This is where you fill in your information. You will then receive a confirmation email. To view your account, stay on the Auctria page and click “my account” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Note that most of you will already be registered, if we had your email address in the records.

Just a sample of some of the many wonderful things available to bid on:
  • Sailing trip on the Chesapeake Bay
  • Soup of the Month, made for you
  • Tickets for any show at the Roundhouse Theatre

Each person/quantity will go on an individual line, i.e., Jane Doe would bid $35 and John Doe would bid $40 to attend a dinner with the starting bid of $35 and a minimum incremental bid of $5.

There are several items with a single bid amount – no incremental bidding – and a fixed number of winners. Check the online catalog for these details.
