Contact a friend, make and eat special food, do a sport or exercise, go out in nature, play with a pet, work on some art or craft, play some music. What activities do you do where you lose track of time? Do some of those too! Would your pandemic perfect day be different from post or pre-pandemic? Are there similarities

2. Send yourself a message using We’re going to do a few of these throughout this year. For this one, send it maybe 6-9 months in the future. Focus on what you will add back into your days post-pandemic.
