Rev. Connie Simon (she/her) is an Accredited Interim Minister in Training with the UUA and Interim Ministry Network. Prior to RRUUC, she served as settled minister at First Unitarian Church of Cincinnati and Interim Minister at the UU Church of Davis (California). Rev. Connie (who also goes by “Rev. C” or “RC”) also serves as a Conflict Engagement Coach in the UUA’s Hope for Us program. She is committed to helping UU congregations thrive through transition, conflict, and change.  

Rev. C is on the board of the Meadville Lombard Theological School and is the Co-chair of the UU Studies Network. She is also editor of the Dictionary of Unitarian and Universalist Biography. She is part of the UUA Bylaws Renewal Team and has contributed to several UUA worship resources.  

Born and raised in Oxford, Pennsylvania, Rev. C is glad to be closer to family. Her constant companion is Rev. Dr. Janeetha Ridley (“Ridley” or “Mama” for short) a nine-year-old Brussels Griffon mix she adopted during the pandemic.
