Circle Suppers

Welcome to RRUUC’s Circle Suppers Program.

Registration for the May 2009 series of dinner is open April 1-20.

Russ and Trish Savage introduced this program to our congregation in 2008 after enjoying the fellowship and community the program built at other UU congregations.  Circle Suppers are rotating monthly dinners held at member’s homes. Groups of up to eight come together once a month for two or three months to enjoy a meal together, share community, and get to know more members of our congregation. The groups are assigned randomly and everyone is welcome.

Based on your response to the survey below you will receive a list of the members in your seasonal Circle Supper group along with their contact information. You will also receive the date, time, and location of your first dinner.  Hosts provide wine, beverages, and appetizers, and act as the contact person for the upcoming dinner. The main course, vegetable dish, and dessert are rotated equitably among the other diners. Feel free to bring your own allergy-free food if needed.

RRUUC Circle Suppers is a seasonal program with new groups starting in May, October, and February. You will need to register for each session separately.  Registration is open April 1-20 for the May 2009 series of dinners.  The survey form below can be filled in online.

Newcomers to the program who have missed these open registration periods are encouraged to register as Alternates.  As an Alternate we will try to find a supper for you to attend on a day when a regular diner is not available.

We look forward to having you join us in the Circle Suppers program.

Inquires about the current series or the program in general can be sent to Catherine Remijan at CircleSuppers@rruuc.org.
