These small groups are a way to meet your fellow parishioners at an informal dinner in a private home. People are assigned randomly, or by request, to a weekend dinner party each month. Participants bring dinner courses in a rotating pattern, with the alternating host providing appetizers, wine and other beverages.
Participants receive a list each month giving the host location, names and contact information for that month's dinner, and the meal's course assignments. All you need to join is a table (or picnic space) for six or more and the ability to cook (or access to a supermarket's prepared food section). You don't even have to commit to being in town each month: we have a back-up list of substitutes.
Send your name, address, telephone number and email address to CircleSuppers(at)rruuc.org or call Trish Savage. Trish will send you a survey to gather your preferences, and then create a schedule of people, meal course assignments, locations and dates.
A New around of dinners will start in March and April 2008.
