Shelter Week: March 7-13, 2010

River Road Unitarian Universalist Congregation will be providing all meals for the week at The Interfaith Works Community Based Shelter (12250 Wilkins Ave., Rockville, Md.)

When you fill out and submit the form below, a Coordinator (Carol Lieberman or Kathy Tippett) WILL contact you and confirm details, because RRUUC's covering all meals results in a difficult scheduling task.  Accordingly, we ask below about your flexibility with respect to days you can help out.

Salad for 35 people
Dinner rolls for 35 people
Dessert for 35 people
Lunch for 25 people
Breakfast for 35 people
Milk (2 gallons)
Fruit for lunches

What days are you available for serving supper or providing food?  Please give your first choice and any other possible days in order of preference. (e.g. Friday, Tuesday, or Saturday, etc.)

If providing staples, check all that apply. Staples must be delivered to the church by Sunday, March 7, by second service time.
